  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Estimated delivery times:

Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Allumage is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, Allumage is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If you realize an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at allumageshop@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship worldwide. However, certain locations may have restrictions on shipping imitation jewelry. If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
